Well at 103 you clearly don't have to worry about weight loss. All you need to do it tone up if you don't like your stomach. Crunches, sit-ups, etc. are all good. Also remember to work your lower back as that is the opposing muscle for your abs. Too many people forget about opposing muscle groups. Those Yoga balls they sell are a good way to work both your back and abdominal muscles at the same time. Don't stress though. Most guys don't really expect girls to have a six pack or anything. I'm willing to be you're the only one who thinks you have any flab around the belly.

Doing anything that works the stomach really. Crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, pilates. All of those will tone up the stomach. And you don't have to do a lot. Maybe 3 30 minute work-outs a week. Your stomach will be toned in no time. Good Luck.

One of the best ways is pilates. You can get a video and an exercise ball at Walmart for around $20. If you do it every day for about 20 minutes, you should see results in about 2 months. Also, eating properly (healthy) and not eating junkfood and sugar will go a long way. If you need an eating plan or want to know what you should be eating, go to http://mypyramid.gov. You can set up a plan for free there.
