should only rich people have pets?

well should they i mean they do have alot of money im quite sure todo won't be outside in the rain.

The problem isn't usually money, it's time or ignorance on how to take care of whatever pet they have. I think that people should make sure they make enough money to support the pet, but I wouldn't make being rich a requirement. It's not that expensive. I do think, however, that education classes on the type of pet people are planning to get should be required before they get it, especially for exotic pets (snakes, lizards, etc).

No anyone who has the ability to provide an animal with a loving and caring environment should be allowed to have a pet. It's not about being rich becasue someone with lots of money could treat an animal horribly and not have time to give it the love and attention it needs, and someone with just enough money to provide for the animal could give it the most nurturing environment ever. Todo might be out in the rain wiht a rich owner. What if they don't pay attention to him nad he runs away or something like that? Anything can happen.
