Cocoa Beans

I love to make all sorts of things out of chocolate but I am stuck using baker's chocolate. Do any of you know where I can buy a higher quality chocolate or better yet the beans?

There is a site, http://www.rawcacao.com, that sells the beans, peeled and ready to use. They are expensive though! $16.00 per pound plus shipping. Free shipping kicks in if you order 10 pounds or more. I love chocolate everything too! I wish I had the time to whip up some cupcakes now.

Sweet. Sounds just like what I need. I will be sure and check it out. And there is such thing as expensive when it comes to chocolate tehehe.

First of all is baker's the name of the company that made the chocolate or is it the recommended use of the type of chocolate you bought? Online is a good place to try for quality chocolate and the beans.
