Just bben talking about this in another discussion, and if youre cuddly your ecuddly, why change, ive just told the post that my missus is cuddly and I love it.there are so many young girls whio think that they have to be stick thin to be considered as being attractive, well let me tell you, that most men prefer just a little bit more covering.I have seen that Kiera Knightley in the Sun newspaper and she isnt real, she has bones sticking out everywhere,it dont do her any favours you know, she would look good carrying a few more pounds.

That is true, but, I'm not looking to be stick thin. My family has a history of blood pressure issues and diabetes - I don't want to have to deal with either. So, I'm hoping to lose about 30lbs, to put me in a healthy weight range.

1-drink water as much as u can.
2-do morning sprints for 15 minutes instead of walking or jogging.
3-participate in sports like (football,basketbakll,tenis)
4-eat healthy 6 days a week, and eat whatever u want in the 7th day.
5-weight lifting.(for both males and females).
6-have a different routine every day.

I am on that same roller coaster that you are. I need to start loosing again. I did loose 15 pounds this year, put about 1/2 back on:( The only thing that seems to work for me is weight watchers. It helps me alot when I write down everything I eat and everything has a point value. When I have eaten all my points, I am done for the night.

For me, it is a never ending uphill battle. My husband just yesterday said I looked like a pear! Nice, huh!
I am 48 yrs old and my metabolism is at a stand still. I just got the Wii fit, and although I exercise almost everyday, I still have to be more aware of what I am eating. I think that is such a problem especially with busy people.
I did weightwatchers online once and I liked it, alot of losing weight is accountability and being able to manage it all. Good luck to you!

I have recently discovered that part of my wieght problem stems from very very slow digestion. I have been take a supplement that has really helped and following basically a mediteranian diet. Not too strictly I wish you bliss

I joined Slimming World in January and that has worked for me! I have tried lots of other diets over the years, but this is the only one I have stuck to for so long. I think dieting with other people helps rather than just going it alone.

I can say it is a neverending battle, but what worked for me time and time again and was the easiest meaning you didn't hav eto deprive yourself of the things you enjoyed eating was Weight Watchers. It is simple and effective.

think think think.... if you use your mind always without rest, you will lose a lot of weight, its not healthy though.. :D try new things, like walking rather than taking a bus or any forms of transportation, also try water sports. a great way to lose some weight...
