What's the best thing to drink after physical activity. I see a ton of commercials saying I need to drink this instead of that or that the new formula of this is x times better than that. And there's so much variety, gatorade, powerade, vitaminwater, protien shakes. Which will be most beneficial to my body after physical activity?

Hello! After exercise it will be better for you to drink a glass of fresh natural fruit juice.Don't drink any bottled drinks as they contain preservatives and other chemicals which may adversely effect your physique.All the best.
