arewayne I don't even think about washing my back. When I shampoo it all runs down my back anyway so I feel sufficiently clean after that.

arewayne I'm not sure as to what you mean by dinner. Different regions refer to dinner as different things. To clarify, what meal are you referencing your first, second or third. It seems a bit odd to me to have dinner at 9 am.
