Have you been experience your dreams in real life?

i think that you have encountered a Déjà vu, because you may be been to the same place, same people and encountered the same event for example your friend tapping you from behind and asking for something. Thus you have a memory of that and often when you sleep your dreams are created by those memories and when the same thing happened in real life, you feel an odd sense of familiarity to it because you just dreamt about it and it is still fresh in your mind. However these events might happen in everyday life and we just let it pass, however because you have dreamt of it you tend to remember it well and thus a Déjà vu might happen.

I've encountered deja vu several times in my life and it happens just as you described. I'm certain that several of my dreams had been played out in real life, almost as if it were a vision. But I think, it might just be our subconscious mind trying to figure out the future in our dreams. And it just so happens that the dream that occurs is POSSIBLE to happen in real life, because our subconscious is logical. That's why we sometimes see our dreams happen in real life, because it is likely that the dream will happen anyway.

I do every now and then, I have as long as I could remember. My grandmother who also got them, used to call them premintions.
