What is a reliable PTC site to upgrade for my hard earn money

If I have money in the future and this money comes from online and if my money on alertpay or paypal than can upgrade a membership PTC site. If that website will automatically shut down and all my money that I earn hard is gone in one instant. What PTC website that is honest and are willing to pay with its upgrade members and doesn't scram away?
