I have a question concerning allergies and any help, tip or/and advice will be appreciate. I have allergies and they are in full swing right now. What can I do? I sneeze, I have a runny nose, I sometimes wake up because I can't breath well, is there a food, tea or anything that I can take? I bought claritin btw the one for 24hrs.

Other than to stop breathing I don't think there is much you can do The Claritin medicine should have done the trick. Maybe try some Musinex?

Hi Shelley, Eating apples and tomatoes helps as they have a certain ingredient in them and also having foods with a lot of Omega3, stinging nettle tea is also great or you can buy capsules these days made from stinging nettles. Hope this helps a bit. Huggles. Ellie :D

Allergies are funny things arent they?my workmate had a son with a host of allergies, they took him to harley street where they ran lots of tests ,they tested him for all the different things he could be allergic to,but apart from ending up with a hugr bill from the consultant there wasn any result.Son has a dairy allergy,if he has a lot of dairy products he sneezes and gets runny eyes and a runny nose, then he gets mad,he has soya milk all of the time, not cows milk, but good luck with your problem

I use a product called Aller-Max by Country Life. You can find it at most health food stores or online. I take one a day when needed and don't get any side effects. It's truly a great product.....hope it helps you too.
