shozie There's lots of good lotions to try but if they don't seem to help maybe try changing your soap to something with few ingredients, or you could possibly benefit from installing a humidifier to put some moisture in the air.

shozie I spend time in nature by taking a walk or just sitting outside. I find all the sounds of birds, wind, tree leaves etc. is rejuvinating & helps put my life back in perspective.

shozie I use a product called Aller-Max by Country Life. You can find it at most health food stores or online. I take one a day when needed and don't get any side effects. It's truly a great product.....hope it helps you too.
