Hi silentkiler. I use a alarm clock. I set mine for the radio to come on each time because I can not stand the obnoxious beeping of the regular alarm. I also love the snooze button. Happy MyLotting!

I do need an alarm to get up early in the morning. Recently i have joined a gym and i prefer to go to gym in the morning so i have to get up at 6am in the morning which is quite a difficult task for me which cannot be accomplished unless i get up listening to an alarm. eve if i miss out on gym, i have to get up at 8 am in the morning for my office, so i have to use an alarm again.
I normally set my alarm in my mobile. i don't have a an alarm clock. and i often tend to go back to sleep after the first time my mobile rings. I am in a habit of taking an extended nap which has proven to be dangerous for me many a times. I have missed some lectures in my college time due to the same habit. but in office, there is no restriction. No one complains even if i am 15mins late to office.
Its only during the weekends that i don't set up an alarm to get up but still i tend to get up by 9 or 9:30. May be because i have come into a habit of getting up early..

Yes, I do use an alarm clock. However, it appears that my "physical" alarm clock is what wakes me every morning. Once you get into a routine, it appears that the body adjusts to it and the need for an alarm clock, at least for me, is only for back up. Some people I think use it for back up as well, especially the old time snooze button. This allows for those who feel they have a few extra minutes of sleep to get, they can use the snooze button so that they can be informed to get up and move out.

I use my cellphone alarm. I will set 2 alarms, one at 6 and one at 6:15. If the first one can't wake me up, i will need the 2nd one. Most of the time i will wake up to off the 1st one and return to sleep for 15 minutes more. Lol!

I dont usually use an alarm clockbut I really need to wake up early and do an important thing I do because I know in my opinion that being late is somewhat disrespectful and I dont want to be disrespectful to other people so I use the alarm clock for those important meetings.Hope you liked my response and have a nice day.

Hi! I could not wake up without an alarm clock, so I totally need it. I start with an early schedule everyday. I have to be at work at 7:30 AM and I need to be awake at 6 AM to get ready. One time, I forgot to set my alarm clock because I got so tired and fell asleep. I woke up at 9 AM! From then on, I never forgot to set it.

I'm very lucky that I work from home and I can basically wake up when I want. I usually get up around the same everyday. But when I have an appointment in the morning, I sure do use an alarm clock. The funny thing is, since I know I have to be up early, I tend to wake myself up earlier than I have to get up anyway! It must be on my mind as I sleep. But yes, for good measure I use an alarm clock and usually slam the sleep button down a few times to get an extra few minutes of sleep before fully waking up.

I use my cell phone to wake me up in the morning. Usually I'm up before it goes off, but I set it anyway.

I use the alarm on my cell phone. Though I can wake up on myself, I use the alarm as a back up.
