I am trying the healthy lifestyle now, like having a balance diet and a regular exercise

i exercise almost 3 hours everyday...also take milk and healthy diet including proteins and i also take vitamin pills some times...drink a lot of water around 5-6 liters everyday...and i sleep around 6 hours everyday...that always keeps me healthy and fit .. :)

wow... i cant drink 5-6 liters of water a day only 6-8 glasses.

i agree with you, we should not be dependent on medicines only if necessary.

I take vitamins, try to eat best I can and I have no toxic chemicals in my home such as cleaners and other personal care products that have chemicals. All these are being linked to asmthma, ADD, allergies, cancers and so many others. Ohhhh dont get me started!! lol Even the enviromental protection agency states how our indoor pollution is worse then outside because of all the chemicals that are in the home. Which makes sense. Our skin is the largest organ and it absorbs everything from cleaners, detergents and so on!!! So..... I use non-toxic products in our home!! Dawn

well very simple
as soon as i get up i drink one glass of water and no matter what i eat, i make it a point to drink one glass of water
and then walking daily and when tensed go to sleep
