What do you do to stay healthy?

I exercise twice or thrice a week. I also eat nutritious food and drink my vitamins. Lastly, I sleep eight (8) hours a day. Have a healthy life!

dawnb818 I take vitamins, try to eat best I can and I have no toxic chemicals in my home such as cleaners and other personal care products that have chemicals. All these are being linked to asmthma, ADD, allergies, cancers and so many others. Ohhhh dont get me...
