No, I don't shampoo daily. The reason being is, many salons have told me that shampooing daily is bad for your hair because it takes out the natural oils in your hair. It ends up getting dried out. Another tip I've learned that works very well is to not use the same shampoo for more than three weeks. To regulate between a few different ones. Maybe it's like some medicines, that if you take the same medicines for a long period of time they will become less affective because your body becomes immune to them. Happy Mylotting!

no, i dont..I have a routine on cleansing my hair.
If let's say, today, I used shampoo, tomorrow, I will use a conditioner. On the third day, I won't use anything, just wash it with water and massage my scalp. I dont go out much, so, my hair doesnt get that dirty. But if I did go out, I make sure that I use shampoo the next day, to flush out all the dirt. And the routine will start again..
My hair gets dry when I use shampoo everyday. And I hate it when it's dry because I have a long and thick hair. So, imagine how it look when it's dry..

I do take at least 2 showers a day but most of the times, I don't shampoo my hair in the moring... I usually take a shower when I get home from work & if I'm too tired to shampoo my hair that night, I shampoo my hair the next morning's shower... Sometimes I end up washing my hair twice a day, shampoo & everything, depends on how sweaty I get at work...
