Do you skip days going to Mylot? Or are you absoultely addicted that you do 4hrs/day here in mylot? I usually do mylotting daily for 2-3 hours. Yesterday was really a good day for me. I was posting after posting, had 9 started discussions with 7 responses average. I was just in the flow. Today is quite different. Been sitting here alot and nothing just comes up. Even my responses to threads are shorter and I have to squeeze it out of my brain.
Is it time for me to do a day-off and revitalize???
Do you do that and have it helped you?? What do you do when it's not clicking?
I'm just off today..
Thanks, atleast someone read my frustration today..

never had a day off since i was back here. i had days off when i was inactive for 8 months!!hahaha but when i was back here last month, i promised to be back here for good, and it's really happy to be back here. i never miss a day here. i enjoyed every moment and all the interaction i have had with my fellow mylotters are enough for me to stay. and the added bonus, the earning that i get everyday was big enough when accumulated, thinking of the good time that i ma having here!

Do you feel frustration when some thing do not come to your mind to write or about to respond. If it is so I will suggest to surf your all previous discussions and responded you made and I am hopeful that in between you will find some more ideas to write some other discussions on the topics you have already. Please comment and have nice day.

Yes I do and I do it on weekends. Since I am at mylot five days a week because my work relies heavily on the internet. So I just answer discussions here and take a break on weekends.

I do often take days off. For may months I had very little time to come to Mylot and my payout has shown it. I am trying to reach payout this month but struggling to do so. As the holidays near I find myself here more often hoping for that little bit of extra cash. But on an average day I only have five to twenty minutes to spend on Mylot.

Sometimes I take a day off here, I don't spend as much time as I do before. I can only keep on reading and posting responses/comments for about 2-4 hours a day and my mind gives up after that. I used to be on here for almost 24 hours a day but I got drained out, so I suggest you take a day or two off just to let your mind rest and refresh itself. I also feel what you're feeling at times, although I want to post and post, there's just days when I can only write short responses and I have to squeeze my mind to get the thoughts out. What I do when it happens is I close myLot and relax.

I myLot everyday, but on the weekends I sometimes get caught up with my family that I am not able to post as much as I want to. I'm still job hunting right now, soI have all the time in the world to go online. I don't time myself when I'm on myLot. If I want to respond to 20 discussions then I will. I take a break whenever I want to as well.

Atleast I'm not alone today... That happens to me too. Whenever I'm doing of something else I have great stuff thought about worthy of posting here but once I'm at the computer I just go blank...hmm.. I'm not old enough to have dimentia... Thanks for your response friend.

Well I haven't been a member that long, but so far I'm on here every day. But even as a newbie, I find I do more posting on some days than others. Some times I come on here and nothing grabs my attention at all, but it's not usually the fault of the discussions, just my general mood. Usually when I'm like that I'll just go do something else. Then usually after work I'll hop back on here and I'm more in the mood to respond and post discussions.
There is no rule against getting off here and doing something else. It will still be here when you get back and you will probably feel more renewed and more likely to have fun with the discussions instead of feeling forced to come up with something.

Thanks. Yes, I know what you're saying. Problem is I find some good discussions today but jsut can't seem to jump into it... I'm trying to jumpstart my thoughts... Could it be a case of Mylot burn out?.Thanks a lot for responding. Goodday and happy mylotting!!!

I do spend 2-3 hours per day for mylot if the sites loading is fast. Sometimes its really frustrated me when the page loading is slow. I usually give an off for mylot during the time i wasn't able to online or i have test and assignment to do and study.

Sometimes I do days off from mylot. My work involves great preparation at home. So this means long hours on computer making handouts, teaching aids. So I can't dedicate long hours on mylot during weekdays. I ll try to limit my time for an hour so I can keep up with my daily schedule.
Sometimes it happens that I feel tired, and i do need a day off from here to come back revitalised with a clear mind and new ideas.

I do alot of days off. Sometimes I'm just on to check out the discussions and don't even bother to respond to any. Sometimes I just cant focus. Sometimes it is weeks before I am back on again. Now I try to be on a little more than usual. I think it helps me, because when I get back on I can focus better.

I usually get on here at least once a day. I don't think I spend 2-3 hours on here, although I have and sometimes I will if I feel like it. I try to spend my time wisely and spend a little bit of time in every site that I am in. I know what you are saying about the discussions, some days you just can't think of things to say. I have had those days, and I have had days where I can be on here for hours posting if I don't manage my time and get off of here. I think we all have days like this.

I am a newbie here a mylot. I am thinking about this place all the time. I think about it at work and have told everyone I work with about it. I do get the point where I am stuck, I see all these discussions that interest me but then I am at a total loss of words to respond. So I think taking a day off would be good for anyone. Kind of like writers block...take a day off let yourself recharge.
