i also loved potato salad. love it! its one of my fav. i also like vegetable salad with thousand island sauce.

I love chinese cabbage salad. It is cabbage and an asian dressing, I put crunched up dry ramen noodles and frozen peas in it. It is good fresh but not so great when it starts to get soggy.

I like making macaroni salad with a combination of tuna and canned crab meat or canned shrimp, with mayo, celery, onion. I also make a macaroni salad with green peppers, dried basil, hard boiled eggs, mayo, onion. I'm very partial to pasta salads.

i never heard of chicken potato salad.
i love potato salad, i actually make a very good potato salad.
i like cesar salad with chicken or tuna.
