What do think to those people who have more than one cell phone?

I know few contractors that have 2 cell. phones, one for business & one for personal use... I know others that do similiar things, have personal & work or business phone... Not everybody but I do understand it those cases... People give out work cell. phone numbers to their customers, business contacts & so forth... I know some vendor trainers & they carry 2 cell. phones, one that work provides them with & personal ones... Some companies frown upon their people using business phones to make personal calls... And vise versa, they feel that why should they use personal phone for work?... I'm sure everyone who has 2 or more phones have their reasons, I only have one & I use it for all my calls, personal & work... On my days off when I don't wanna be bothered with work, I just let calls to go to my voice mail & I check it once every 2 hours or so & make calls I feel that are important...

I have three cellphones. One is for official use, another is for friends and family and another is for special people more like a dedicated line or phone. Yes, I find it necessary to have more than one cellphone. first, I don't use my official phone for my personal calls or messages. Second, I like to have a special phone with many features which are more useful to conversations with friends and family and of course a special phone for special purposes.

For some reasons people do this out of necessity. One is because there are still spots where a particular provider dominates. Therefore, it is compulsory to use their service. This reason of course is for people on-the-go. For ordinary people, I think it is more on business reasons(you know,"real business or monkey business" alike).lol

i don't have a cellphone. i'm not much of a phone person, just "hello everything ok", and good bye. but i know people that have 2 cellphones. i don't know what the purpose is. one is enough.

I would suspect that they bought their first phone on contact, and when that ran out, they kept it as a prepaid phone, but they found a better one and put that on contact as well. They also may have had to buy a cheap prepaid phone, but then they saved enough money to be a better cellphone. I would also suspect that the first phone they gave to their wife or son or daughter, but they paid for the bill so in essence the ownership would be that the bills came to them but they no longer had possession of the first cellphone.

Is it necessary? Are they really so busy all the time so that they need one more cellphone? Don't they want some spare time without any bothering calls? One cellphone will be good enough for me. It's not necessary for me to have one more cellphone. It just wastes money. I love China

[b]hi margarit! i am owning 3 cellphones on hand right now. two of them are my personal and the other i have lend it to my nanny so when she is away on her day off i can just call her anywhere when i need something or wanted to know anything from her. well, my father has gotten used to having 2 cellphones at a time and he decided to give me another set of cellphone just so i can be called to any networks that are available. happy posting and happy mylotting![/b]

hi! i am one of persons using at least 2 cell phones. one is for local use. and the other for smart roaming number- to receive sms from my friends and relatives in philippines.. before i keep only one cellphone but i kept on missing messages from smart, if i kept it's sim long enough.. also i think it will damage easily the cellfone it frequently you change the sim cards..

well its no harm no attitude nor any pride to keep 2 phones it just messes you and your work up when you end up searching your data and forget where did you keep it! "Oh that file was in my another fone which i didnt take with me now" Hehe its tat ^ kinda situation who keep 2 phones, i know coz i also kept three!

Yea,I have two cell phone with me as the different functions,one is my personel while the other is my office usage.It's a little bit trouble some especially on biz trip.Always taking along two phone...Thus,I'm thinking of buy a new one which can be inseted two SIM cards..lol~

Hi Margarit!When I first saw those people with more than one cell phone,I thought that they will be some business people.But its not so,these days I find a lot of youngsters having more than one cell phone.They use it talk with friends,especially their opposite gender.But a few business people will be having more than a cell phone as they will be traveling often from place to place.For a normal person a single phone will do.Why one will waste money in loading all the phones at the beginning of the month.Thats not economical.Thank you.Good Luck to you.Happy mylotting

I know several people that have more than 1 cell phone. They have a phone for personal use and then have another phone for business use. I think it makes it easier for them because if they are on an important business call, they do not have to worry about someone personal calling and disturbing them. Plus, they can turn the business phone off and not have to worry about getting calls when they are not working. Meanwhile, they have the other cell phone for personal calls. That way they are keeping personal and business seperate. I only have 1 phone and it is more than enough for me, but I can understand why some people have more than 1.

If thay want they can have also 10, it does not disturb me, for me one is more then enough.. Nun
