Just want to know what your favorite book is and why. I read a book called The Watcher and it was amazing. The reason it's my favorite book is because while it's fiction (not everyone reacts the same way), it's also non-fiction (It's based on something that can really happen). It's also a very well written book. If you want more information about this book (or even to order it) go to: http://www.amazon.com/Watcher-James-Howe/dp/0689835337/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1221687806&sr=1-2 It's a long link I know but it's a very good read. I wish I still had a copy of it. It's a book I could read over and over again.

I have too many favorite books, but what actually pop up in my mind right now is "The Night Room" by E.M. Goldman. It's a mixed of sci-fi and the interaction between the students in there (friendship/ classmates). I found the concept interesting regarding how someone could come up with such invention. It's a fast and easy read also.

I'm not too fond of sci-fi books. There are some good ones out there though. Perhaps I could read another one. I may pick that one up and see how it is for myself. Then we can trade notes. lol

Does that mean I should brace myself for recommending something if all else happens? (Just kidding, though) I read it like a long time ago so might not remember everything about it. But I just came across it recently on Half.com and just purchased it. I will re-read it again after it comes and maybe we can compare notes by then.

I love books too. Nora Roberts is a good author. I personally haven't read her books but I have heard good things about her. I was thinking about picking a book of hers up once but I never got around to it.

Hi baby, welcome to mylot. I have read hundreds of books till now bwcause I love to read and do it since child. So it is impossible to me named only one book because sometimes I read a book and I think "it is the best" but at the same moment I remember two or three more and I need to agree that I liked all in the same way. Each one with his own type but all plenty of emotions that catch our attention untill the end. Cheers and welcome.

I have many favorite books as well. It's sometimes hard to name just one. The only reason I named mine is because I've read it so many times. It's a great read.

I really liked a book called "The Sterile Cuckoo." It was about a college love affair, which, generally would not interest me, but I didn't really know what it was about until I read it. It was just more than that. It had so much meaning to it. It went places in the human mind, had all kinds of personalities and charm. It was just perfect. They made it into a movie at some point, but I never saw it. Found it on Youtube! Thanks for reminding me or I would have never found it! Yippee!

My favourite book is 'The Alchemist' by Paolo Coelho. Its the best I've read, very gripping and interesting. Its about believing in your dreams and going where ever your dreams take you. What an awesome book ! Really worth reading :)
