I don't want to believe in Foxcash anymore

I finally give up...I think foxcash is really a scam. Not a scam really, but I think it's on bankrupt mode right now and won't be able to pay what is due to others, simply because they can't pay for security measures. I opened the site a while ago, and it only has 4 ads left. And now I'm checking on it, and the site won't display at all.
What do you think? And I thought that this site was honest. Before the hack, yes. But after that...hmm...I think hackers of the unethical side should all die.
Do you think foxcash is a total scam now?

i request for payout more than a month ago, and until now, it doesn't paying, and sometimes i can't access foxcash, maybe it is really a scam site, that never paid us
There are too much problem with this site.
Xclix and foxcash could be both scams now
