If you had total freedom in your life to do what you wanted, if you had unlimited resources to do what you wanted, go where you wanted, what would you do in your life to get rid of anything that is stressing you?

Assuming you're stressed out now and everything changes, what would you do?

Stress isn't that much of a problem for me as I am very good at deep relaxation and self hypnosis. I would most assuredly be using that to get rid of anything stressful in my life. That and sleep. Hard to be too stressed out when one is sound asleep

Try to think: EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE SOON, JUST TO DO WHAT I CAN DO RIGHT NOW. GOD WILL DO THE OTHER PARTS.

When you are under stress, it is one of the most difficult thing to think about anything. You are not able to think about anything . Ofcourse, have trust in God that every thing will be fine soon. And more importantly try to do what is right thing and never get carried by the circumstances. That will help a lot.

Sleep is not an answer for the stress for me. I cannot get sleep if I am under the stress. I like to go out and sit in a garden or any other natural place. I would like to be all alone. Never talking to anyone for that period and not worried about anything else.
I also like to do 'Pranayama' when I am in stress. I feel that it is excellent remedy for stress. However, all the times it is not possible for me to do parnayama when I am in stress. This is because I cannot concentrate on doing pranayama at time. It this can be done I think that nothing can relive you in better way.

Hello,Dawnald! Indulge in talk and vent your feelings and emotions to people close to you.Verbalize your problems. The more you bottle up,the more you will find it difficult to find hope.Avoid polarising your thoughts.Go for walk for some time to park or sea beach or to the river banks and come close to nature.Have good diet to destress your body and mind.Honey is the right cure for stress.diets sweetened with honey may be beneficial in decreasing anxiety and improve memory.Studies have revealed that tea relieves stress.sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate stress. So I have given you so many options, you try these and get yourself relieved from stress and ge happy.Thanx.

Hello dawnald, I try to keep my self calm, I do not tend to feel stressed. Of course you do have lot of things to do at work, at that can be a lot of stress, however, I do not stress things out. I do take it easy becouse things will be done anyways. I take, MY TIME, to relax from work and all the must do things. And I do not need much to do so. I take a walk, I work online, have a little rest on the couch and I am never stressed therefore.
