I am an university student majored in EE. Though my school work is very tough, I still spend some time on taking exercise every week. I am a cheerleader of my university. Every week we have twice effient trainings and our coach is very rigorous.I really enjoy these time shared with the squad! Through the trainings and the performance we played, I build up my confidence and start a new attitide towards life. Meanwhile, physical activities can help me stay healthy and become stronger.
The most important thing is, sports always keep me young and vigorous!

I really admire you that you have such a good habit of morning exercise! As for me,I have made the resolution of going out for exercise in the morning for several times in the past. This resolution is easy to make but hard to carry on. I was a little fond of my bed,so it's really a challenge for me.
Hopefully, you could keep this good habit and enjoy the morning everyday!

Yes, it is a good idea to go to gym for your excercise plan, especially for the urban people. There, others passion will influence you. And the coaches can always you tutorial instructions for your body building no matter what is your purpose. What;s more, after being dripping with sweat, you can take a shower there! It is so cool!
The only bad thing is gym charges too much. So, as a student, in most cases, it is very hard to afford it.

Is there any possibility that after 3 hours stretch, you are exhausted, and very tired to go to work?

I used to do quite a lot of exercises when I was younger. I attended the gym twice a week, went swimming three to four times per week and I did quite a lot of dancing. Now I just go for a couple of walks every day. I am still quite fit and hopefully I will stay that way for many more years.

Good for you to be able to manage having some sports and studying. As for me, I am currently concentrating more on my studies and have less time on sports. I still do sport like playing basketball from time to time but its not like before any more. I usually just try to stay fit and still exercise by walking and having a healthy diet.

I excercise around 5-7 days a week as I try to stay fit enough to play sports. On most days I train with my rugby team as a centre, and on others I do fitness tests such as the cooper's run or the bleep test. I'm trying to do as much excercise as possible to get rid of all the fat that I have.
