StephenX It could just be that he isn't very confident face to face. Some people find that they can talk to people a lot easier online as they are not visible or for whatever other reasons.

StephenX I don't really see what you find wrong with pink in your meat. I prefer my meat done medium rare, I like the blood :) and the flavour, and when it's well done I usually think of it as being a bit burnt.
