Are You Brave Enough To Join Me In The Jacuzzi?

Imagine you were in a health spa or gym leisure centre and they had a small jacuzzi, which has room for 4 people, it's for both men and women and men have to wear shorts and women have to cover up upstairs and downstairs, or quite simply saying, swimming outfits have to be worn, and there's NO funny business (well least there's not when I'm there!)
For the ladies if you see a guy in the jacuzzi on his own would you get in with him, or would it depends on how he looked?
For the men if you see a lady in the jacuzzi on her own would you get in with her or would it again depend on how she looked?
What if there were two men, or two women respectively, would you get in, baring in mind the jacuzzi ONLY holds 4 people MAX
Would you feel daunted if someone came in and joined you and would you make it obvious and get out immediately if you didn't like them?
Do you get paranoid about it or do you just brave it
Any experiences you've had good or bad of sharing a PUBLIC jacuzzi with strangers?

I have never been in a public jacuzzi and i don't think i would like to share being in a jacuzzi with a total stranger no matter how good looking they are. I would be very uncomfortable if i have been there before them and then they would be coming in to join me, maybe i would get out of the jacuzzi but make it as politely as i can by trying not to be so obvious.

Well sure i would hop in if it was you lol I dont think it would stop me from getting in, no matter who was in there after all it is a public jacuzzi. made for 4 people so if there is room i would certainly get in. I am not paranoid in the least , if I get in and they don't like it they can get out.

First, don't get angry anyway, ok? No offendence!
Let me say something that I know in town!
This is unbelievable in my culture. U guys may think we are original or very triditional. But at least no one that I know will be in. For example, if u watch some Chinese girls too much cleavage or something on TV, you know, it is absolutely overstated. Few girls will wear like that in reality, not to mention join in the Jacuzzi. Maybe in some cities like Hongkong, shanghai, people accept more western cultures and tend to be more stylish. However, there still exists traditional Chinese idears. Most people would rather prefer a conservative way.
I watched "pride and prejudice". According to the movie, ancient British people are triditional too. The culture changes faster than that in China. I don't really know which way is better. If chinese people have been to a western country, they may change their minds.

Some people ARE conservative and it may have to do with culture. I'm not sure but I know *I* couldn't live like that. I am a woman but I know I am equal to anybody else. I would never walk behind somebody, cover my face and/or legs, allow somebody else's parents to tell me what to do (as an adult) etc etc.
I am also not afraid of strangers nor is there anything wrong with spending time in public with people you don't know that you may never have a lasting relationship with - ie, sitting in a hot tub for 20 minutes. Just my two cents on the matter.
When you avoid everything due to conservativism, you miss out on a lot of opportunities and experiences that you will never have.

this is funny wolfie.i think everyone would jump out if i got in with them.they would go and call greenpeace to save this poor endangered whale.lol.i really would not get embarrassed unless there were some hunky men in there.if the men were just average i would not mind, but if they were hunky they may be endangered when i finished with them.cheers sue

If it was mixed in a public place like that I'd get in. If one of us were to try any funny business, the other could report that person to the establishment, and they'd take care of the harassment.

I do not use public jacuzzis. I don think I would just get in with people like that. I am very germ conscious and also dont like getting i touching distance with anyone that I am not sure about. I might do it but it would more likely that I would never do that.LOL that makes me sound boring!lol

I think I will not have the courage to go to the jacuzzi:) Actually in the past my sister-in-law ever invited me to have a spa together and I declined. I was not comfortable to be naked or wear less there.
I love China

I have no problem with getting in a jacuzzi with strangers, I have done it many times. I usually have my daughter with me so I will say that if someone looked CRAZY I might move on but only because I don't want anybody creepy touching her. If it's just me, I really don't have an issue. I wouldn't not get in because there were two men, and while someone who KNEW I didn't like them or did not like me got in, THEY would probably know/realize it but I doubt anybody else would. I wouldn't suddenly get out and say anything snippy - as long as they didn't start making comments or touch me purposely. I'm pretty laid back about most strangers as long as they mind their business lol.

Hello wolfie34
If there was only one person in the jacuzzi and I wanted to get in, I would. I wouldn't care what colour or creed they were because I am interested in getting into the jacuzzi not someone elses swimming attire. If there were already 4 people in there though I wouldn't bother as I think that there cetainly wouldn't be enough room for lil' ole me!!

well , I am not so much of a social butterfly , so I would have to say , I would be bashful and shy. If I was in a jacuzzi and some one entered i did not like. I would leave . I would otherwise have to be invited .

I've never had the occasion to join strangers in a jacuzzi although I have shared one many times with friends both male and female.
