I own a Cybershot w-110. I feel its great. Somewhat better than the models that are available in the same price tag. Great quality Pictures. Very light, fits in my pocket, very small in size too,not small enough for me to call it a toy cam though. Looks great as far s the shape and color go. I would want to know your experience with this camera (Cybershot range) too though. What, according to you, are its pros and cons? Also, I have provided the picture of the model I own. Please have a look/comment. Thankyou!

I have a Sony Cybershot T70 and I freakin love it! I own 10 digital cameras- 8 of which are point and shoots, and my Sony Cybershot is my absolute favorite point and shoot! My favorite feature is that it has a touch screen! It is so easy to use and responds well! When I post my photos online that were taken with my Sony Cybershot, many of my photographer friends are surprised such high quality images came from a point and shoot! It really takes spectacular images! The macro function is just incredible! My photos have such great depth of field! And I can get really close to my subjects! Plus, it has some fun filter effects you can add to your images! You can add a fisheye filter so it looks like your photo was taken with a fisheye lens! You can take selective color photos where part of the photo is in color and part is in black and white. You can add a radial blur right on the camera! The camera also has a neat smile detector! You just point the camera at your subject and as soon as your subject smiles, the camera takes the picture! So while I'd still stick with Nikon for DSLRs, if you want a great point and shoot, get a Sony Cybershot!

Neat little camera if you need something to hold your hand while you press the button. It's the entry-level version of Sony's W series. The optical zoom is a bit better than many (4x rather than the 3x which seems to have become standard) and it has face detection and smile detection (I'm not a fan of cameras which decide when to take the shot and what to focus on, but it is clever technology). It is odd that with all that expensive technology they didn't include shake reduction as in the other W series cameras, but that is probably a marketing ploy to differentiate it from the more expensive models. If Canon, Panasonic, Nikon and Olympus went off the market, I'd buy one.

I think Sony cybershots are the best there are! I have been using one for quite sometime now, and I just love to snap around with it! They are stylish, sophisticated and easy to use. Sony along with Ericsson has also come up with cybershot phones which too are state of the art!
