Friend can be a lover, but Lover cannot be a Friend. so, be clear that you have a relationship of either a justfriend or a Lover. At the sametime both can not be clubbed..say me yes/no...

i will strictly disagree with it..coz friend can be a lover ......lover can be a lifepartner... so it is no were related that fiance is a friend. so lover can not be a friend...just wht i have said..

Before my wife became my wife she became my friend first, then my lover, then my wife. Now she IS my friend, my lover and my wife all rolled into one. So I don't see why your lover should not be your friend.

somehow i also agree with nilouette. why is that lovers cannot be friends?
if u treat your lover like a friend, there's more that u can share n discuss with apart from the intimate relationship. Some people, they found that they can share more with friends rather than lover. So, if u can treat your lover like friend as well, it's an easy going relax relationship. My lover is my friend before becoming my lover,and now although is my lover, at the same time, also my friend. :)

I agree with what nilouette and those who responded to him said. Your lover can be your friend. I am friends with my boyfriend and that enhances our relationship. I can talk to him about anything and everything. I don't want him to feel like the only thing we have is the physical relationship and that what you make it sound like when you say lovers can't be friends.
