chinna533 yeah back spasms would be terrible if they occur . i dnt have that much worsely but sometimes a little if sat before computer or TV for more than 3 -4 hours .. so i just walk for few seconds to avoid it !!

chinna533 hmm i too have same doubt on age limit . it doesnt have any sense or impact when it is 30 for general and 35 for reserve category . in todays's days most of the people are settling down before 25 years at any of the platform .
