i guess whatever i learned these past few years fade away from my memory. the sad part is that we still have to know everything we've learn because our lessons are related with the prior lessons. that is why, the lessons of today becomes harder than it should be.
when i'm reviewing for the examination, i can easily forget all that i have reviewed. how was that?...what can i do to have a long term memory? any suggestions?.thank you! :D

hii pitsieriray ,
The easy way to memorize subject lessons is to understand it in a practical way neither buttifying them . Try to imagine a picture what realy ur studying and deliver it what way you get in exams . coming to future studies yes previous knowledge/lessons are related in one way or the other. what i want to say is try to understand subject practically . And do meditation to relax and sharpen ur brain :P

Hi there pitsieriray!! What I can suggest to you is to always find some time to make your brain rest..Never force your brain to memorize all that's in the book because it will not help you in studying... You can have better memory by exercising your mind through reading books or memorizing lyrics of songs..And of course eat healthy foods...

i find it more easy to memorize a song than those things written in the book because songs have their melody. :D
