My daughter is 10 months old. Yesterday I saw that she is standing up on her own without any support and holding for about 15 seconds. I was so amazed to see that. My mother said that she kept one step forward also in the day time.
If you have babies, in what stage they are? How do you feel when they reach a milestone?

Good she can made it with her own. I got my 9 months old son,he likes to climbing to the stairs everytime he gets a chance to escape from the door.He can stand but he needs to hold on the seate or something coz he can't balance yet, but he is trying to stand on his own. I am looking forward to see him standing and walking and by that time lots of chasing to do lolz.
Everytime you see any development on them it makes you happy, as a mother i am proud and happy to see that everythings doing well with my son.He is a little happy chappy. Happy posting.

My baby-love is more than 16 months old. She can walk towards me from a distance of four feet..she utters words like Mama and Papa...give (with palms wide open)...and do the tumbling by herself (while sitting, she'd lead on her side putting her head on the side of the mattress and slowly roll)...I miss her everyday. I only get to see her once every two or sometimes four months..she's in the province with her Mama while I am working here in the city as an animal-welfare advocate.

Nice to hear about your baby and sad to hear about your situation. I can understand. You will be with her in future.

I have a nearly 18 month year old baby, she's my youngest. She was my late walker and only learned to walk at 16 months. So she has been able to walk since then but still crawls a lot and loves to walk on her knees, she's walking more now so its so cute to see that. She is in the annoying stage though of being jealous if I hold the other kids (ages 6, 4 and 3). She is also in the stage where if I leave the room she has a fit, those two stages are not fun ones for me! They are so fun though and such a blessing, I love when they reach a milestone, is this your first child? There is always so much more wonder when its your only child.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, this is my first baby. Love to hear about your kids. Still my one doesn't know how to be jealous.
All the best with you kids!

My daughter is 7 weeks, she just recently started smiling and cooing. I love it. Everytime she smiles at me it brings tears to my eyes. My little baby is getting bigger everyday. These times pass by so quickly, I wish it would slow down just a bit.
