If the cat is being taken care of and being fed properly, don't feed it. If you feed it, the cat might decide that it likes your place better and move in. It's nt a nice thing to do to the neighbor.

Just tell to your neighbour if you want to give her cats any food, but don't feed them everyday, it will be their habit to eat some food at your backyard

its up to you if you want to feed them or not. they play in your back yatd which is your private property but do not be mean to them. its your discretion if you want to feed them or not and if you feed them a lot, they will enjoy it and maybe you will become their master.

I dont see anything bad in that whether it is your neighbor's whats important is you care about the cat. you respect life form and you give value to it. You give him food so it wont starve

I wouldn't feed your neighbors cats unless you want to call them your cats because they will stay more at your house than your neighbors if you are feeding them.Especially if your feeding them better. But on the other hand if you don't mind feeding them and them hanging around or if they look like they haven't been fed good then why not. You'd be saving their life.
