Store brand is usually less expensive than name brands, but is the quality just as good? So, far from my experience...there are things that store brand items are not as good as name brands. Frozen french fries and spaghetti noodles are two that I will never buy store brand again. Maybe it also depends on what store brand you get. Let me know what you think.

There are certain store brands items that are not as good as the name brand ones. It also depends on the store that I shop. Regardless, I tend not to buy name brand too often if there is a store brand available. There are certain food items that don't have a store brand and therefore I have to buy the name brand. For those items, I only buy them sparingly.

i'm on a pretty tight budget right now,
cause i'm the only one working.
i buy just about everything generic brand.
to me it's just as good.
the only thing is sliced cheese.
the generic brand doesn't melt.
i shop at smith and albertsons and there generic brand are kroger
and albertsons brand.
