Hey I don't usually wear make-up because I'm a man. Silly right? And you're wondering why I ever responded to this discussion and I may be in the wrong gender discussion. Yes and maybe not. Actually the only time I tried those make-ups was when I joined a theater group in college. I didn't realize then that we had to wear make-up for our performance on stage. It was really embarrassing at first. Then it occurred to me that the audience didn't quite notice we had make-up on. Lol. cheers! Happy MyLotting!!! hehe.

I wear makeup all the time. I like the way it makes me look and I like to make it match to what I am wearing. I find that makeup can make us feel better about the way we look and there are so many nice makeups you can buy to enhance how you look.

It's like putting on a pretty dress or buying a nice pair of new shoes. It makes me feel good. I don't wear make up, a lot, only when I go to work (one day per week and subsitutions), or when I am going someplace special. I don't need make up. It just makes me look fresher. People will say, "You look great" and it's a boost to my self-esteem. Good question!

No i dont wear make up, I am already contented with a lip tint and powder, On my field of job we are not required to wear such things, we are not required to be lady like especially when we are on site, i am in a onstruction industry, and wearing make up on site will be an awkward, also i never imagine myself while onsite i have make-up.

yes when I o out for functions or any parties I wear a lille make up so that I get the lille glow and makes u feel fresh.Otherwise when I am at home or just go for the grocery shopping etc I normally be myself. The reason behind wearing make up for parties is that one really needs to wear some mask when u are going to mingle in a society and to make sure that u are also included with them.Atleast one needs to neatly dressed like make sure that hair is done etc. Regards

I do wear make up during occasion. But on a daily basis i dont actually wear it at all. I wear make up for one reason only...And that is because i am going to a party or an affair where some important people are there so i need to be presentable. But personally i dont think make up will make me feel better of myself. It will enhance your look but everytime i look at the mirror i feel like i am a different person everytime i wear make up lol. I still do believe natural beauty is still best. It makes you appreciate your physical appearance more and you present yourself to other people for who you truly are without doing so much effort of impressing them on your dress and how pretty you are when you are wearing make up. I even consider it as a bad comment when people say you look good when you wear make up lol. Though it never happens to me before but i consider it as a criticism on my looks when im not wearing make up at all.It means a person is not pretty when she is not wearing any make up.

Yes, I do wear make up but not as much as I did before I had a daughter. I really like fixing myself and I don't do it because I think I'm ugly or something. I like the feeling that I am taking care of myself and I like the look on my husband's face whenever I dress up well or put on make up. He really likes it when I'm all made up.

I wear make-up when I go out with friends going to the mall but I only put blush on and lip balm or gloss. When I have to attend special occasion, I wear a complete make-up. When I just go out or going to work, sometimes I wear only blush on or lipbalm and sometimes I don't wear make-up even powder. LOL!!! Because it only wears off as time goes by. And sometimes I dont have time to retouch my make-up due to busy/toxic duty day. But still I look good with or without make-up. LOL!!!

i do wear makeup and i like it a lot but for me it is not something essential that i can't go out without or something that i feel incomplete without having,i can't deny it does make me feel better about my appearance for sure though but i like my natural look too......i rarely wear makeup and my reason for that is being an athlete working out most of her time...but if i go to a party or something like that, yes i do wear makeup

Yes I do and it really do add up to my confidence. You will really feel confident when you know that you look presentable especially when you're working in the hospitality industry.

I know I have mentioned this before on here, but I do not wear makeup. I wear mascara and lipstick/gloss when I go out. But that is it. I stopped when I was in high school. It just made my skin feel crappy. And I decided long ago, if you don't like what you see, don't look and move on, people. What you see really is what you get in my case. :-)

I used to wear makeup. I believe it made me feel more attractive, but I think it was more that I didn't want to be different. The few women who didn't wear make-up were looked down up and talked about. They were assumed to be members of some religious cult. Shortly after my retirement, I stopped wearing make-up, even when dressing up to go out. The reason for this is that I have MS and my dominate hand shakes so much that I not only cannot apply make-up skillfully, I was afraid that I might poke out an eye. Maybe I'm getting my reward for the thoughts I had about my previous coworkers who chose not to wear make-up.

When I was in my 20s and early 30s, I never left the house without some sort of makeup on. Which is weird because my skin was so much prettier then. Now I wear a little everyday but I wear the full "get-up" for church or if I'm going somewhere other than running errands. I wear foundation because I don't like to have an uneven skin tone. I've used Covergirl foundation since I was 16 (changed the shade though). I feel undressed if I am not wearing mascara. I need to at least wear that everyday. On the occasions that I have forgotten to wear it, people have asked me if I felt ok or if I was tired. I rarely wear eyeshadow. It has to be hypoallergenic or my eyelids break out in a rash. Actually, you could say I've always loved makeup. I've just not spent much money on it anymore because I'm a mommy now. Kids come first.

I don't wear make up. I think that if you have to wear make up to be accepted by a person then they're not the right person for you. Whoever you're trying to impress should be able to accept you with or without makeup in my opinion. When i'm in uni I probably will start to wear it, but I just don't seem to have the time at the moment!

No, I don't wear make-up. I never felt comfortable in it. I prefer to be natural. I am who I am. If anyone doesn't like what they see, they don't have to look. However, my husband tells me I'm beautiful daily and he never sees me in make-up.
