Is this true about our referrals here at MyLot???

I am somewhat puzzled... I came to myLot by an myLot user.. Lately, I have not been seeing her posting like she does.. Is she earning off of what I am getting..? It seems unfair that I post just to make her rich.. Is this true that our referrals can just sit back and earn off of us..? I post daily.. She even told me that she earns off of what I have, since she is my referral.. How can I delete her as my referral? I don't like being used like this. If she is not active here at myLot like I am, then it is not fair to me, that she can just sit back and not post, while I do all of the work.. I guess if I stop posting, then she will stop earning... Is this really true that referrals can just post a little and stop, because they are already getting paid by the person they brought to myLot???

Hi,
You can earn more if you can refer people to myLot. It is not unfair, it is considered to be fair.
Think it this way:
You sign up as referral of another person, you are working hard in myLot. You make money and your referrer also make money. Your referrer is making only 25% of your earning. Your earning is not deducted at all.
When you refer other people, you will be paid 25% of their earning. If you refer 100 people, and you are making 25% from each of them which is $0.01 per day, you get $1.00 per day.
So, it is fair. Everyone get a share of earnings. So, the more we work harder, the more money we earn. Referrals are just extra income for us.
Please enjoy myLot. Do not treat myLot as a place to make money. You will feel much happier and enjoy your stay in myLot.
Have a nice day.

That's really unfair if it's true, I also notice the person which is my referral stop posting here and never active in mylot,as far as i know they are earning 25% of our earning so if she has lots of referrals she doesn't need to put some effort here and much time in mylot. It's unfair for us who work hard here. Yes, your right, we looks like been used. We can complain it to admin? Or maybe the admin needs delete those inactive members even they have referrals here. Happy posting.

Agree with your second suggestion - delete or stop the earning for inactive members, that's to ensure fair game in place. But for referral earning, that's like the introduction fees, think again, if without the referral, we might not able to at the position right now. =)

I have one person that post that is oneof my referrals and she is so good and yes if you refer someone and they post you do earn off them but thing is I post as much or try to as my friend does. But the person that referred me doesn't post anymore so when I but my butt on here and try to make pay out she doesn't come in like she did. I really don't know when the last time she was in mylot. But I don't worry about it. You can refer your friends as well and somewill be active and some will not and well one day someone that you asked will think the same of you (not trying to offend)I work hard to make payout and am sure you do as well so I don't have time to worry about the person that got me hooked on mylot. Look at it this way. They are missing out on the friends that can be made in here by posting themselves. Have you talked to your friend lately maybe he/she has things going on in real and are busy.

Yes, she earn a small stifen from your post, likewise...if you get referals you will earn a small amount from their posts. but she also needs to remain active I do believe.

Almost everyone that I know on mylot is on some type of program like this, I even thought I remembered you sending me a PM for a money making site, that is the same thing. Why do you seem so surprised? People don't have those links that they invite you to just because they like you and they are your friends. Its for the opportunity of them making more money and invitation for you to do the same.

That is not even the issue or the point here.. It is nothing wrong with trying to get free referrals.. But, my thing is this, it is not fair for one person to be doing all the work while another has it very easy.. It is nothing wrong with her getting paid off of my activity. But, she should at least try to post here and not wait to see what I may do. Say, I stop posting, then I guess she does not make any money...

No, if she has been working the referral system properly then she has built up a downline that will support the earnings that she wants. So she may very well be working but on a different level, which would be in recruiting members that will post.
I personally don't get into the money making aspect of mylot or any other forum but those that do will tell you that its a numbers game and the more recruits basically is the way to go. I have never attempted to recruit anyone but I have and know many people that do with forums like this, AVON, Tupperware, Adult parties, AMWAY, utility companies etc. And for those that do as long as they recruit and a portion of those people work then they make money.

Well in this case, she gets squat off of my earnings.. If she has referrals off of someone else, that is perfectly fine with me. But, she is not going to just earn off of my extent.. She can do otherwise, that is her business.. Just not on me, but thanks for responding..

That is right you can earn off of referrals but you do not make that much maybe 25 cents the referrer makes for every dollar you make. It does not take away from what you make though. I would not worry to much about it though after all if she referred you then she provided you the opportunity at least at that time to become a part of Mylot. I also look at it this way - if you had referred people to this site as well would it seem fair to you that they could take away the benefit to you of referring people? I signed up under someone and am happy enough with being shown this site that I feel they deserve to get a little something in return. That is just my opinion though.

Yes, this is what I feel.. I am glad that she showed me the site, but, it is very unfair for her to just sit back and not post.. Even if she collects from my side. She should still remain active here and do her part.. I should not have to be the one posting while she just sits back and do nothing.. That is lazy.. She should at least post frequently.. The only reason why she is not posting is because of the number of my posts. I guess she feels that since I am posting so much, then she can just kick back and relax.. That to me still is unfair... Referral or no referral..

I have always wondered and thought the same thing as well. My referral for instance has not been active in here in almost 2 yrs. I have always thought how can they earn from me if they still are, and not post in here from time to time still as well. Maybe they do not since they are not active in here, but I will never really know. Maybe this is something myLot should make a Rule on as well? For me, I still enjoy being a member here, and hope you do as well.

I don't think that the amount you earn is affected by her earning by referring you. ie. you still get paid the full amount you would normally make, and she gets a bonus based on this.

Referrals do earn money thanks to our postings but I do not have any problem with that. I don't think that they earn that much that they can afford to sit back and relax. I don't think you can delete her as your referral. In my opinion you are making a storm in a teacup. I don't feel used. I won't stop posting not to let her earn money. I still see mylot fun besides earning some money.

I've read all these comments and yeah, it is annoying that one does the work while the other does nothing but that is the world of referrals. Take ir or leave it but it is the same no matter where you sign up for things. Even if you go directly to the site and sign up, you are put on a list for members that can buy referrals and when your account/name comes up - you get "sold" to that person and are now their referal and they earn off what you do...and you don't even know it or know them!
Some don't do the work as we know it, but they do spend probably as much time trying to recruit referrals so in a way they are working for their earnings, just in a different way.
I dont' even remember how I found out about My Lot - but someone is making a nice little bit of earnings off me as I do spend alot of time here. Guess I could get annoyed enough to stop, but when all is said and done, I have to think about me first and if I stop, I don't make any earnings. If I continue, I make my earnings, and someone else makes bit. So do I cut my nose to spite my face?
Bottom line - do I want to earn or not? Yes I want to earn so I stay. I enjoy it here also, so all is not complicated! THrow in that the person I joined under was someone that I probably knew or has something in common with, or i wouldn't have joined at all. SO.. why not just spend the time here having fun and enjoying it and on the 1st of each month start planning on how you will spend your earnings you will get on the 15th and forget the rest of it! LIfe ain't easy or fair!

i agree with you frnd,
he is right,
if u want to earn ... its for you, stay and earn, dont bother about the person who is your referrer.. wether he is working or not.
another thing which he said... is again so true.. that few guys beleive in making more and more referrals... and its the right strategy, you alone cant get a big amount per month, but if u have few referrals in your downline then you can double or even you can make 4 to 8 times more income than what you were getting alone.

Well, I think that we should be thankful for our referrals for showing us here. Without them, we could have not known myLot. Well, if they stop posting, then basically they also earn less so obviously in my own opinion it is just fair. I just consider this some sort of a reward to a person who has guided as here. The best thing to do is also to get people under us to earn more. Lets us enjoy posting and be glad to be here. Best to you!

Yes this is true. But surely it doesn't matter?
You still earn the same as you would have earned whether 25% of what you earn is being given to her account.
I would like to have some active referrals to boost my earnings a little, and I am sure that she feels really happy to have you as her referral.

Yes, I think that she does, because she practically threw it in my face about how she was my referral, and how she gets a percentage of what she earns by referring me.. To her it is funny, but it is not.. It is like she is using me by laying low..

I am absolutely clueless in this regard as I have joined myLot following a direct link and I have two referrals under me both are inactive, so, my earning from my ref. account is NIL.
Anyway, I think this is the best part of any referral system. So, if you spend sometime daily to get referrals for myLot, you will drink the same juice, presumably as that of your upline.

If you look at it from the point of view that you are earning exactly what you would whether you were this person's referral or not, then you may not feel so badly about it.
Yes, I suppose that it is theoretically true that, with sufficient referrals, someone could be lazing in their deck chair by the pool with a pina colada while you refill their glass for them (in effect).
I believe that MyLot review accounts which have not been active for a certain number of days. Whether that also includes activity from referrals, I don't know.
The only possible way (as far as I can see) of removing yourself as somebody's referral would be to close your account and open a new one.

To be honest, I'm not sure about that but you can go to the guidelines and read it and see what it says. If you don't get the answer to your question then you can send mylot associates an email and ask them. They'll eventually send you an email answering your question. But I can't answer it because I'm not sure how exactly it works. Good luck!

That is life, your boss gets the merit while you work the hardest possible. Try not to think about this but rather how you can get some referrals or even better how you can earn more than your boss :P

well, dont take it in that sense.
its right that having referral in downline is good...
but income from them is usually 10% of their earning, independant of earning of downline.
so if u make 1$ then she will m,ake just 10 cents...
think in another way... make few of your referral downline... and you will get paid when others will work.. that will be additional income for you.
if u take 10% as referral earning then... it will take 10 people in referral for the amount you make alone...
its not that easy. at few places people have more than 15 referrals, but most of them not working, so having lot of referal is good, just one or 2 dont make any good impact on earning, so you are not working for others...
but you are working for you... and someone who has gifted this company, a good active member, is getting somepercentage, as a gift of thanks.
