parenting syles

did you and your partner discuss parenting styles before having kids? Like did you discuss breastfeeding or bottle feeding, sleep issues, potty training, disipline stratagies. Did you follow through with your discussion or did you just go with the flow?

my husband and i have no kids yet, but we continiously discuss how things will be done once we become parents. on who will be home mostly and who will do the disciplining. thats about it, hopefully we stick to it when we become parents. hopefully soon.
