water is one and important reason why i am live today. but latest research say's that water is the reason you grow up , become older and later you die. the scientific reason of this is water is nothing but h2o, which means hydrogen and oxygen, and we all know that we see fire because of oxygen only, so no fire if no oxygen, and it is also true that oxygen is the reason why iron get rusted, so what you all think? is water (oxygen) is the reason we live and die? thankyou

Growing up , becoming older and dieing are part of any life cycle.Life itself in one way is defined by these three stages, irrespective of whether oxygen or hydrogen does it.But could you quote the research where this is said? For that matter birth itself is a big reason for all organisms to die after some time.Could you agree?

Why should you be drinking water for your health? Well, water is the second most important thing that our bodies need to survive, oxygen being the first. The body could survive for some time without food, but deprive it of water and it would only last a few days. Virtually every job that the body performs requires water. It would seem then, pretty logical that a health benefit of water would be to drink it!Water should preferably be cold. It's absorbed into the system more quickly than warm water. And some evidence suggests that drinking cold water can actually help burn calories
