Do you talk in the high tone?

I have a neighbour in the next door that always talk in high tone when is waiting the elevator. All the people in this floor can hear him. The worst thing is that his family does the same. When they go out it is a circus. Some time it disturb a lot. What about you? Do you have the same habit?

Hi teka, for me, it’s quite embarrassing 
to let others to know the content we are talking about especially those private ones. So I definitely not to talk in a high tone or aloud in the public, like waiting or in the elevator, in the public toilet, on the cellphone in the restaurant or at any other crowded area. Besides our high tone would disturb other people's peacefulness as well.

Hi teka, I think nobody's will beat my neighbor,lol! I think even their just talking they sounds like their fighting and they goes every hour even late at night! It's very rare to hear them quiet, I don't understand what they yelling because they don't speak English, and I can't do anything about it either but to get used of the noise. I don't have this kind of habit, but there are times that I speak in high tone when I'm angry but most of the time I try my best to not speak so loud.

Hi CJay. So you can understand my situation. I never care about what others are doing, but it really disturb sometimes as you said when it happen late at night. I agree that when we are angry we speak in high tone because it is natural and everyone do the same. But do this every moment the whole day?! Thanks for your response dear.

No, I do not. I have a grandson that does and he gives me a headache. I'll be so glad when he gets abit order and his voice changes, lol.

hi, every one says that i have a low tone. And i have always been adviced to highen my tone... I just thought..As ur neighbour if i had a high tone....I think every human properties has its own difficulties and advantages.
