Hi there!! You know what, chicken is my favorite!! Id like to try all kinds of chicken dishes.. Here in my country, the Philippines, there are a lot of chicken dishes. One of it is Adobong manok( chicken adobo ) an all time favorite of Filipinos. It was originally a Spanish dish, but Filipinos made a lot of change and improvements to it that made it an all time favorite. Another is Tenolang Manok, Lechon Manok, Chicken Inasal, Inihaw, Pinikpikan, and many other delicious chicken dishes. Because the Philippines is an archipelago, different regions has their own specialty of chicken dishes.. Come and visit the Philippines. It's a wonderful country with lots of beautiful tourist spots. i think local dish that i love here is chicken adobo..

oh i love chicken in whatever recipe you serve it... but here in the philippines, there's one grilled chicken in iloilo city and bacolod city that really taste good!! and whenever you eat them, it is a must that you use your bare hand instead of spoon. they call it chicken inasal!! delicious!!!

hi They are all yummy yummy dishs.I'm missing them a lot after coming to US.Here not the variety of chicken dishes,but also i dont find even spicey food. When i'm in india i use to eat selectively,but here i have no option to do so........Missing a lot INDIAN FOODS........ happy mylotting

hi Shankari ... Indian Dish ... we have them all , my favourite is the dry Chettinad Chicken ... i like making them too ... Western Style ... Chicken Chop, Grilled BBQ Chicken, Fried Chicken Chinese Style ... Steamed Chicken, Roasted Chicken , Deep Fried Chicken topped with Manggo Salad Lacol Favours ... Chicken "Rendang" , Chicken "Satay" (Sauteed Chicken meat), Grilled Chicken, .... And being a multi racial country ... we have other cooking style from Thailand, Vietnam, and Europe countries cheers

Well first of all, I am in Southern California. Here we have all sorts of dishes. Mainly though there are a lot of mexican dishes including chicken fajitas and chicken enchiladas. Then of course you have your good old american fried chicken, roasted chicken with garlic and herbs, roasted chicken with lemon pepper, barbecued chicken, and even chicken salad. Because America seems to be a polyglot of mixed cultures, we have several dishes from all different cultures. If you grew up with those dishes then you are familiar with them. But no matter what, chicken can be delicious cooked many different ways.

in singapore we have the famous hainanese chicken rice which is extremely fragrant. in chongqing now, we have the laziji( ???)and quanshuiji( ???) if i get the wordings correct. both dishes are spicy and tasty. for the laziji, the chicken is deep fried togehter with chilli. for the latter, the chicken is cooked in a sea of chilli. haha

He there, when you visit malaysia, dont forget to try this, Nasi ayam or chicken rice Ayam percik don't know how to say it in english. Ayam mean chicken. Ayam golek Chicken kabbabs also a tasty dish here. You should try it out, maybe it taste different from your country. Okay.
