I read that other seafood is a low-fat source of top-quality protein, and that the health benefits of eating seafood make it one of the best choices for growing children, active adults, and the elderly. Eating seafood can decrease your risk of heart attack, stroke, obesity, and hypertension..
Seafood is an excellent source of minerals.. Fish is one of the most important sources of calcium.. for those who have to restrict the intake of sodium, fresh seafood is an excellent choice.. But I love to eat seafood's such as lobster, crabs, and shrimps.. Do you love to eat seafood's?? What kind of seafood's do you love to eat??

If one is prone to over-eating then one is prone to obesity. I like seafood but I have no problem with obesity. Cheers!!

I like to eat sea food. Lobsters, prawns and oysters are my favorites.
I don't think it can cause obesity. Sea food is a healthy food.
