Astral Projection, have you ?

I like this question. Usually I have been going to bed and having the weirdest things happen to me. I keep trying to wake up in the middle of the night but could not move or budge at all. I got frightened as it kept happening. Finally one night I was asleep and tried to get up, I gave up then close my eyes again. When I closed my eyes I felt myself come out of the bed and slide across the floor with no control. The weird thing is that my physical body was still on the bed. I don't know if that is considered astral projection but it seems close enough to me. :)

i havent tried being on this state, actually. i dont know how i am able to do this, anyway. i mean, i dont know how this is possible.

i think this would be an awesome thing to do.

i've tried that for quite some time already. but the last time i tried it, only my astral hands and legs seem to "shift" out of my physical body, but i can't move out of my physical body totally. astral projection is not that easy to learn, and it requires practice and patience to master it.
