anthony89 If you want to get rid of acne and pimples try an organic diet. DAIRY products are closely linked to acne, also meat as well. Try avoiding those but especially dairy.

anthony89 I used to have really bad acne and red spots on my face. I tried everything from the proactive to all different kinds of facial cleansers. None of them worked. When I started dieting by eating all organic foods the acne went away in about 1-2 months.
