How many of you have lost weight in a short amount of time? How many of you have lost tremendous weight and fat without even exercising. I have had my own personal experience of weight loss in a short two months. Tell me your stories.

Im actually doing some excercise and diet now that can decrease my weight like i will go jogging in the morning playing basketball in the afternoon and no rice in my diet and its my 7 day now doing that staff and i think its not yet enough..can i ask some ways how to lose weight?? thanks..hope you will reply.

One of the best things you can do is avoid Dairy Products. Trust me, even though to many people it might sound strange thats the best thing I ever did with my diet. Make sure you go to the bathroom(number 2) at least 2-3 times a day. Do some interval cardio every other day 5-20 minutes.

Hi Anthony,
Really something you cannot forecast or hold as true- whatever all the experts and trainers may say - to give you an example - I have tried hard to lose weight on those days I have counted my calories, watched my food intake done a lot of exercises etc and not any weight lost and then on many days I have been careless (in fact eaten a lot of sweets or fatty stuff not exercising) with all mentioned above, in fact done exactly the opposite and can you believe the next days I have really lost weight - so what do you call this? can anyone explain please?

I didn't even watch my calories or worry how much calories I took in. I just ate all organic food and this happened.

i weight loss about 3 pounds in 2days because i work out before that was 1999.i do cardio exercises,i drink lots of water and i diet at the same time.i loss weight as fast but exercises also makes me so tired when doing it everyday.but it really helps to loose weight.

for me, the best way to loss weight is first determine your calorie input and output, the formula to get your required daily calorie (calorie input) is lean body mass (LBM) then multiply it by 12 then add 100, then go to calorie.com and enter your choices of food to determine calorie per servings each food, with regards to calorie output, this is activity you do to burn the calorie deposit in your body, if you do jogging an hour, multiply your weigth to 4.15, to get how much calorie you can burn with an hour of jogging or do walking (walkathone), bodyweight x 2.16...

I cannot say it happened overnight but in a year I lost 20 lbs. and this I achieved by skipping my night meal but having light snacks earlier in the evening as I felt what one eats in the nights gets assimilated into fat as there is no exercise for that food to convert into energy.
