what messenger do you use?

with me i like to talk on the instant messenger to my friends but some of my friends have aol(or aim) and then some have msn,yahoo and so on and so forth but if you download all of those to your computer you will have them popping up everywhere and i know that you can go online to like meebo and things like that and use them at the same time and you don't have to download a messenger but theres problems with that for me like i'm not always paying attention to my computer screen and i wouldn't notice them online or if they send me a message but when someone sends me a message through a messenger that i downloaded it pops up in a big screen...so is there any messenger that you can combine your friends from yahoo,msn,and aim(or aol) i thought i have heard of miranda messenger or something like that anyways...if you know anything about this please lemme know...thanks for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion hopefully i will receive answers, i hope that you all had a great week and have a great weekend, thanks again for taking the time and have a safe weekend!

I like to used Yahoo messenger to chat with my friends and used as well to notify me if I received new emails. Though, I didn't used any other messenger, I quite like and more used to YM, for me it was more easy and convenient to used. I am using now the Yahoo Messenger 9 Beta, I like it than the classic yahoo because of some features like customizing its skin. However, as for your question, I can't help you though, I don't know what messenger that can be used with other messengers, kinda all messengers in one. I know there are probably many different messengers out there. What i have found is that they are becoming more and more cross-compatible, meaning that messengers such as yahoo, aim, and msn are allowing you to add your friends from different messenger programs to you friends list. For instance in my yahoo messenger I have friends from MSN. I also have a few from AIM. I don't really see the need to get a different one or add another because I can just add them to my chat list anyhow.

Ever since, i am loyal to yahoo and always be because this is the messenger where i meet all my treasured friend. And because of yahoo messenger, i once in love to american guy. But unfortunately we are in a different road now, but in the other hand, we are still friend and communicating each other through yahoo messenger also.

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. I, normally, don't like to chat online. However, I use yahoo messenger for occasional sessions.

I like yahoo massenger .Because i like this interface. here i can add peoples,it has also a call opportunity.with yahoo massenger i can see other by webcam.i know this thing also can be done with other massenger but i prefer it fo massenging

I used to use yahoo messenger. Now I use skype. I didn't know there was a site where you could combine all into one.

I use Yahoo Messenger and QQ chatting software, but I seldom use the former one now though I used to because most of my friends are Chinese and they prefer to use QQ, which has a better voice chatting quality than Yahoo Messenger.

I was hoping someone had an answer for you, but I didn't see it. About 8 years ago, I had messenger thingy that let me receive messages from AIM, Yahoo, MSN all on the same screen. I loved it. But when my computer crashed and I had to start over again, I forgot about that and hadn't really thought about it since. I got my current computer in March. Hmmm. I wonder what it was I used...

MSN is still the best. I also use AIM, because many people still use it and don't know how to get MSN.

I use MSN messenger and have friends from Yahoo, AIM, AOL and other places that contact me there. Often Yahoo works better with video chat. My s/o uses that to talk with and see his friends from other states and such. I think that you can add anyone with any different messenger to both MSN & Yahoo!

I used to chat in yahoo messenger. Sometimes I used msn messenger. But there is no opportunity in msn messenger to chat in chatrooms. But now, chatting in instant messenger is nothing but wasting timed to me.
