How Often Do You Get Angry?

Do you really want the truth?..Ok here it is, I get angry more than I should, usually about the same thing. I would say on average, I get angry about 3 times a week, but I don't really act on it, except for the arguing and yelling. What about you Mylotters?

I used to get angry very easily, I would say that am short tempered person, but what I came to learn from the SECRET, LAW OF ATTRACTION is that it's alot of ernergy to be angry than to be happy, therefore i realize that i was putting my body into a lot of intense pressure to be angry that it would have caused less energy to be safe, through this thinking I came to realize that the often I get ANGRIER the shorter mylife span becomes, because it'e need alot of negative energy to angry.

Hi miraclefreebies, I get angry every day about anything.. but after about 30 minutes I realize that there is nothing to be angry about.. but that's just me, my way to be, I have to demonstrate to everyone that my character is not to be playable with...

Unfortunately I get angry really easily sometimes and I take it out on anyone and everyone around me. Often I get angry several times a week. Almost everyday sometimes. But my moods swing drastically quite often so it's hard to tell if it's an inbalance or that I just don't know how to control my anger.

I usually get angry, but then I settle down very easily. I get angry like 6 times a day on an average...and then it's happy times again. I'm a very happy guy so anger, even if it does exist, looks like a joke to others, so I really get mad when that happens, and if I get through them, the anger stops...

i used to get angry at alot of things, for dumb reasons. i would yell and throw things then i found out i had bipolar. but i always had a bad temper. but now i am like oh well what the hell. blow it off.
just need to look at it and think is it really worth getting all work up over? and learn to deal with it and talk it out with who ever you are mad at..
i spent years on meds and angar managment for my angar issues.. now i've been off meds for about 6 yrs, and no more therpy or angar managment
