Home page friend will be next scam,beaware

I too feel the same way. Most of the time im surprised because in a day i search like close to 40 sites per day and when i go check my account, only 4 to 5 searches are credited. It's really unfair because they are totally legitimate searches. Plus i've read so many complaints about this site. Some people say that they are really behind in their payments. Because of my frustration i no longer check my account. It has been one week since i looked at my account.

I doubt that is true. I haven't been paid yet by homepages-friends but the money in my account is at $22 and it is due for payment on November. They never deducted earnings from me. There was a time though that they deducted a few of my earnings because I did too many searches. That I could understand. I believe they experienced problems with their email, you will see it in your email Inbox as soon as you login to your account and they once had a dDOS attack as well. Another thing about them deducting the searches, do you keep track of the number of searches each day and your total number of searches? Is it deducted as well from your earnings? I believe that everyday your searches gets refreshed to 0 but is always added automatically to your total number of searches. Well I'll just wait and see until November and see if I will get paid. If I don't I'll be sure to post it here in MyLot.

May be you are wrong with your thoughts. I too use it but not for money though i love the site. Just wait for some time before concluding as a scam.Its there for long time now and as like there is no money investing over there and that they use yahoo and used AIM previously you can be sure they can't scam you. But my suggestion to you is don't come to conclusion and please don't drag other to with your own conclusions when the site is still there.

yes even i think so and hence i had left searching there about a week back or more i had reached there about 16pounds and i really dont have patience to do more and reach 20pounds. my friend has reached long before and she is waiting since from around 2 months and i am seeing her and losing trust and i had also seen here in mylot few of them mentioning this site and i had, had a conversation with them too and even they were yet to be paid but till now i have never heard anyone telling that they have got paid from this site still and hence i am going to proceed in that site only when anyone have had got paid. till then i will just wait. it is not so easy to make so many searches and reach 20pounds and after inputting so much of time and effort that too from months together and dont get paid is really horrible and not worth it.

I also join my homepage friends this month itself. Though i find it a little bit tough to cope up with searching but i atleast make 15-20 searches a day. I think they will pay us. I agree making it till payout is a tough job but if you do make it they will pay you. We should have more referrals on that site so that we can make till that payout quickly because sometimes searching can get boring. Anyways lets just wait and see because we are not losing anythin we signed up for free.

I use a paying search engine but I looked it up before I joined to see what people said about it and if it was a scam. They have a strange payment policy so I don't think I can expect anything before next month but my research shows that they were paying when I joined. It's always a good idea to look up "myhomepage friends complaints" or "myhomepage friends scam" or whatever you're thinking of joining. Saves a lot of trouble! I'm sorry you wasted all that time on a rip off.

Iv been using homepage friends for over 5 months and I have done a lot of searches and Iv never been paid since Iv been using the search engine and I'm beginning to lose hope of ever receiving anything from them.

You're absolutely right, they don't want to pay anyone so they decide that they want to deduct it from you. I think it's obvious they don't want anyone to reach payout.
