Pet Peeves!

So, here I am today, loading my groceries into the trunk, putting my shopping cart away and backing out of the parking space, when....a car comes speeding up the lane going the wrong direction. For whatever reason, that really gets me irratated. It's one of my pet peeves. I mean, like, hellllooo, don't the arrows and the spaces being slanted all in one way give it away? Good thing I was watching or they would have hit me. Then, of course, they turn and go down the next aisle, still going the wrong way. So, what are your pet peeves - what little things do people do that drive you crazy?

Hi Suki,
Thing that will irritate me a lot is when I am in the church and people will never turn off their cellphone or even put it in a silent mode and when the service is going on, here comes the loudest ringtone and the owner will not even think that they are destructing a lot of people already inside and will receive the call right there!

It seems like there is one every week in church. Last sunday, the person didn't learn the first time and it went off two more times.

People pulling out in front of me, driving the wrong way in parking lots, people blaring their horn at me for no reason. It also bugs me when someone can't respect the fact that other people don't have the same opinions as they do. And when you think a restaurant has something and you've been craving it forever, then you find out they changed it or don't have it anymore!!

So many people just don't pay attention in parking lots. It just amazes me.

My husband is an incredibly slow and cautious person he is always either exactly at the speed limit or under. He is really slow no matter what he is doing that really
bugs me and I consider it to be a major pet peeve. I guess there are other pet peeves that I have but that is the number one thing that drives me psycho.

Ha, ha, ha. My husband too! I really had to get used to that. But thanks to him, I have slowed my driving down. I guess I am lot safer than I used to be. But, not as slow as him.

I hate it when I answer the phone and someone starts the conversation with the word yes. Like, "Yes, I'd like to sign up for.." or "Yes, is this the so and so construction company?" Yes, WHAT? Why say Yes?! Geez, just say what you want to say and leave off the Yes, I didn't ask you a question!!
Or people that say "how are you?" and they don't really want to know and don't care, it's just automatic. That's irritating!

Hey Dragon - how are you doing today? He, he, he. I know what you mean. I've had people ask me in conversation, more than once, how I am, because they forgot they asked when I picked up the phone.

Oh yes #8 - especially when the grab the bread by the top and squeeze it. If I wanted my bread smushed I would have done it myself.
