baumunkgirl I put my iPod earbuds in so I can't hear any outside noises. Instrumental songs help me fall asleep very quickly too. I have this one song that is piano music over the sounds of the ocean. Lights out for me! =P

baumunkgirl I agree, it's amazing how our feelings can be put to rest and calm just by playing or listening to music. Maybe we should incorporate more music in our lives, and we would feel better more often!
