I'm not neccesarily talking about dancing. Which songs make you feel a little oomph in your step? Maybe they are your playlist for working out. Whichever, what would your top 5 or 10 songs be so that you push through that difficult workout, especially when you are first starting out?

Probably the only one I have heard of those is the one by Pink, LOL.
Welcome to the Lot.

You will probably laugh, but whatever :) I listen to MC Hammer "Can't Touch This" when I need to get pumped up. :D

Naw, that isn't as bad as the fact that my iPod shuffled through a couple of Weird Al songs while I was on the treadmill this morning. LOL. Thanks!

'Please don't stop the music' by rihanna. It's actually my ring tone coz I like the beat. There are other old songs but I can't remember the songs' titles. A song each from the movies 'Dirty Dancing' and 'Grease'. I also like that song entitled (hope I'm right) 'Fame'. And a few others.

If you're thinking of the same song I am, you're right. Irene Cara, from the soundtrack of the movie by the same title, spun off to a TV show.
"Baby look at me
And tell me what your see.
You ain't seen the best of me yet.
Give me time I'll make you forget
The rest."

Lennon's Instant Karma used to be my running song..... when I used to be a runner. The beat was my perfect beginning pace for a long run. To this day when I hear that song it makes me want to do something to work up a sweat.

I love the songs "Do It Well" by Jennifer Lopez, "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne, "Dirty Little Secret" by All-American Rejects, "1985" by Bowling for Soup, and "Dance Floor Anthem" by Good Charlotte.
I love listening to music while exercising, especially on the treadmill. Makes the time fly by, eh?!

Well, I don't know about the flying thing, but it gives me something else to concentrate on other than "How much longer do I have on this thing???" LOL. Not to mention "Oh, crap, I still have two more machines to work through?!?!?"
