I know this scenario is common to all of us.
How long have you ever wanted to replace your current PC(if it's old)
OR
How long since you've replaced your old PC and why?(if it's a new one).
I've been wanting to replace my computer since 4th year college. I'm just not satisfied with it anymore. I can't do high-language programming because my PC is slow and can't keep up with the system requirement needed to run Visual Studio. How sad...
I hope to replace it with a dual core sometime next year.
How about you?
Have a nice day.

Every 6 months? Wow, wish I have that kind of money. I have mine changed about 2 months ago, but still an old P4 rig!(think of it like switching a dell with an older compaq with just 382 RAMs better than the previous one). I want to have multicore, see if it is really a powerful one. Have a nice day. Thanks for sharing.

I got my computer just 2 years back, i dont feel my computer is too old to be changed, you know what, when my parents decided to buy a computer i was the one who opposed we dont want such things at home, i was too contended that it will cost more etc like a crap, but my parents cant see us going out always here and there for browsing so they got me, finally i was opposing them not to get an internet connection, finally they told the main reason was to browse internet from home. Then all it got turned upside down, now they are complaining not to sit too long before computer, as i always stay with computer i dont get into any work or do any work at home haaa haa.. i will get a laptop hopefully as soon as i complete my studies ..

Cool. You really are an 18 year old girl. Heehee. I wish my parents would do the same thing...they kind of buy stuffs that are not that old but very outdated technologically(except for the gaming consoles. Imagine, I got a crappy PC but plays on a PS3! Yipee!). One time, they almost bought a very good computer that is dual core, but someone got it first. Thanks for sharing, I got some good laughs out of this. Have a nice day.

I have just recently purchased a new laptop as my dad was always moaning I was spending too long on the main family computer and hogging it. It didn't help when the family computer is about five years and takes about twenty minutes just to load up the homepage...no joke. It was once attacked with a virus and has never recovered hence why I decided enough was enough and needed to get a new one. I think everyones different but you kind of get a gut instinct when you know your computers getting old and can't keep up with the latest or modern technology.
