BEAUTY Queen Janina San Miguel has backed out as the Philippine's representative to the 2008 Miss World beauty pageant that will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 13. A statement released by the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. Thanks for sharing this with us. I love pageants. I watch them on the television sometimes if I ever know they are on. I live in the U.S. though.

if i know she is just scared coz she cant communicate well on english. its a big question why she won that title knowing its a battle of beauty and BRAIN. haha, i find her very funny. im not criticizing her abilities, i admit im not good on it but i just wonder why she won? hehe.. cheers!

I'm sorry to say this, but I am really suspicious as to the reason of her decision to back out. Maybe she just isn't ready for it.
