Do you like to watch television alone or with others?

Yup, I also prefer watching TV alone. My hubby likes to talk and comment; so I sometimes find it very annoying, especially when I'm trying to concentrate on the conversations.

i can usually do either. i dont mind watching the show with people as long as they realize that im trying to catch the storyline and that i dont want that interrupted too much. my boyfriend has a habit of storytelling while im watching shows like house that i really like. i hate it. so i try to watch house on my own. i think i may be difficult to watch tv with because i'll make comments making it seem like the characters are about to say something stupid. yeah im pretty annoying too. lol.

I can go either way. I don't mind watching tv with other people as long as they are quiet. I like to be able to hear my shows so i don't miss anything. i hate when my husband comes in in the middle of my show and starts asking me what is going on. usually in the evening it is just me and him because the kids are in bed.

I prefer to watch TV alone. When I am watching TV with my husband, he is always flipping the channels. I never get to see a single show from start to finish. He will flip every time a commercial comes on, then go to another show, then forget what he was watching before, so I just give up and direct my attention to Mylot When I am trying to watch TV with a group, there is so much talking that you can not concentrate on the show, and it then becomes meaningless. Especially shows that I really want to watch, I will go into my bedroom to watch, my husband will say, don't go, you can watch it in here, but I continue to my room, because I know OLE FLIPPER, will be flipping the channels.

It would be okay for me if i have company to watch television. But as what you said, you can't really concentrate of what you are watching. Instead of watching, we go talking and laughing. So prefer to watch the telly alone, because aside from i can concentrate and foccus, i can choose what program im going to watch. I have no competition on the remote control, coz when i am watching with my hubby, he always change the channel to his Top Gear, football or his American Chopper porgram which always irritated me specially when i am watching Top model shows. I rarely watch television. BUt if i watch television, i always alone. Why? Because my hubby busy with game in the computer. Mostly I accompany my son when he watch his favorite cartoon

HI there: Mostly I prefer to watch it alone which is good since I'm alone anyway: My cat keeps me company enough in fact she drives me nuts most of the time right when things are heating up, she's got her big old butt blocking my view wanting me to pet her, play with her, pay attention TO HER...LOL!

I would rather watch t.v. alone because of the fact that I go to sleep watching the show or movie and the other person gets mad at me. Like last night, I was watching a show with my 3 year old grandaughter and she kept saying wake up. I kept going to sleep. It's like if I am not moving around I will go to sleep.
