One day when my family and I were in our car, a song came on the radio by greenday. My kids were in the backseat singing along. my youngest daughter asked me who was singing so I told her it was Greenday. She looks at me funny and says "Now who would name their kid Greenday?" Needless to say we got a really good laugh out of that one.

I was talking to my kids one day, and telling them how I would like to have a greenhouse one day, as I really enjoy plants. My youngest son asked me what a greenhouse is, and I explained that it is a building that helps plants grow. I didn't get to explain any futher because the phone rang, and after I was off of the phone, we had to leave. As we were driving down the road, he said, Hey, Mom, look, there's a green house!!" He was pointing not to a greenhouse as we were talking about, but an actual house that was green. LOL
Kids say the funiest things.

Hi]
Ya really this generation kids are very fast than our generation. They immediately starts questioning when ever they feel it as a wrong or when ever they got doubt. They are knowing everything in their childhood itself which we learned at a age of 12-15....it was great and we should appreciate them........It was fine for me to share this type of discussion....

Yes kids mind are very simple unlike adults with complex thinking and always analyzing too much.
When ever I have a rough day I think about what my daughter will tell me when she sees my raised eyebrow,
My sad face, my tired eyes.
She will probably give me a hug and tell me “everything will be alright, I am here”
This makes me laugh, because this is what I tell her when she is sick.
So the innocence of children is worthy of a funny moment because you know they meant it
Glad you had the time to cherish this moment with you child.

That is a really cute story. I laugh and laugh at my three year old nephew. Just the other day he told me he was in trouble because he was "N" "A" "U" "G" "H" "T" "Y." I guess his parents have been spelling the words they don't want him to hear.

I love hearing about funny things kids say..so I'll share one about my nephew who is 4. My mom had him in the car and was talking to him about what he had done with his mommy earlier that day. He said that he went to the cemetary to see his great grandpa. When my mom said that was nice and asked if he understood what happened to his grandpa he said "Yes, he went to Heaven." Then he added "I don't want to go to Heaven." Well my mom was a little taken aback and asked why he didn't want to go to heaven. He responded.."Cuz Heaven's in a Bad part of town!" We have NO idea where he would get that but when mom told us the story I laughed so hard I almost wet myself!

thats so cute. I have a 3 year old and she has been coming up with some funny things. One day she farted and told me I'm growing mommy. One day we were in walmarts bathroom and this was when I was still potty training her and after she used it I had to. After I finished peeing she announced good job mommy you peed on the potty and clapped lol. Then we were at olive garden this past weekend and while she was pottying someone else came in and farted she said really loud mommy someone farted rofl. SHHHH lol. They do come up with some stuff. I love when she tells me after laughing at the things she says momma its not funny.

I gotta say that I have had a few funny moments. Like one day my son who is 2 brought me the bread giving me an hint that he wanted a peanut butter and Jelly sandwhich. While I was making the sandwhich he decided to lift his shirt and patted his belly at the same time saying "get in my belly". I could not help it so I just had to laugh. Another moment deals with someone else's child. My hubby and I had took our boys to the store. Our youngest boy was like 2 months old at the time. But we had been in the juice asile and this mother and her daughter who might have been about 4 years old saw our baby son and said mommy baby and her mom said yep a little baby and her daughter pointed at our son and said mommy my baby. Her mom said no hunny that is their baby and her daughter cried the whole time. I felt so bad.

When my daughter was three we took her to see a movie in the theatre for the first time since she was born. She was all excited. Till then she had only seen the TV and had no idea that the screen would be so big. The moment the movie started, she yelled in delight. She said "Papa! Such a big TV." Everyone around us started laughing. I told her it was not a TV but a Cinema Screen. Then she asked "Papa where is the knob for changing the channel?" Again every one started laughing.

lol... that's really cute! yeah, kids are hilarious at times. i have one from the other week. i was cleaning the cat litter box and my 3-year old was watching me. he said, "wow, that's alot of poop in there, mommy!" so i said, "yes it is. this is where the kitties go to the bathroom, just like when you go in the potty." he replied, "yeah! those kitties do a very good job of going poopie in the potty, huh?" lol. i am still trying to potty train him and he usually always goes poop in the potty so i make a big deal out of that. i guess he thought we should applaud the kitties as well! lol :)

Oh yeah! And also, theire statement usually hits us, well, me. Hehehe! I remembered, I was crushing this guy, big time. I really liked him, even to the point that I assumed that he likes me too.*sigh*. Well, one day, my friends told him to joined us on a weekend party, you know, drinking session, he said "YES"!. So, I wear my prettiest dress and patiently wait for him. Until he came, wow, he was handsome than before, but wait, he's with someone, a girl.*gasp*. Well, yeah, to make the long story short, the girl was his girlfriend who just came from the province. I immediately went upstairs, (my friends house is just in front of ours), and cried. My niece went to me and asked em why I'm crying. I just hugged her, and stare at the window. My aunts, older sister, and mom went upstair to console me. They told me that it's his lost, blah blah blah, then all of a sudden my niece spoke out of nowhere, she said something that till this day, make sense to me, "Hey, it's not the guys fault. It's Tita's fault. She didnt even say to the guy that she likes him". Dang! Hahah... Reality really hurts but it made ma laugh!

Kids do say the funniest things. I had picked up my grandson years ago (he's now 14 1/2) because he had a migraine, something he used to get quite often and he would miss school. I had picked him up from school and had him over night. This happened to be the night that we had invited friends down to eat. We were sitting there talking and laughing, and he said, "You are MAKING ME a headache." WE started laughing, and he said, again,"I told you that you were making me a headache", which made us laugh even harder. Bless his heart. His head was hurting and he had to listen to us, but when he said it, it just struck a funny in us! He now laughs when we tell the tale in front of him.
